Matching Gifts: An easy way to multiply your donation!

Doubling, or even tripling, the size of your donation is much easier than you might think. Many businesses match employee's charitable donations on a one-for-one basis. This means that if you donate $50, your employer will also donate (or match) $50. Some companies generously match two-for-one or even three-for-one, meaning your employer would then donate $100 or $150, respectively.

To find out if your company has a matching gifts program, check with your Human Resources Department.

Third Party Events!

A third-party event is any fundraising activity by a non-affiliated group or individual where UMOM has no fiduciary responsibility and little or no staff involvement.

UMOM asks that you fill out and send in a third party event form, click here to download a copy. After the form has been received, UMOM will contact you regarding your event. Please note, UMOM requests that we approve all materials containing our name and/or logo prior to production. To submit your form, address any questions or to request an electronic version of our logo please contact Jessica Palacio at jpalacio@umom.org. Forms may also be submitted by mail or fax: (602) 275-6548

Don't be afraid to be creative and make an event your own! However, if you're stumped and need some ideas, please check out the list below. Third party events can be as simple as a dress down day at work to a more involved event such as a golf tournament or gala.
