UMOM New Day Centers Programs

UMOM New Day Centers had served this community through a variety of programs since 1964. Our objective is to help homeless, at-risk families to become self-sufficient and independent. This is accomplished by the provision of food and shelter, together with a continuum of services that will help families reach self-sufficiency.

UMOM New Day Centers serves the community through the following programs:

New Day Shelters including the Emergency Shelter Program, the Transitional Shelter Program and the Watkins Overflow Shelter.

Next Step Housing our follow-up programs for families now in permanent housing and Casa Nueva, a permanent affordable housing program.

Lamplighter Place which provides a home for eight seriously mentally ill persons and 8 homeless single persons.

Parents Anonymous® UMOM New Day Centers is an accredited organization of Parents Anonymous®.
