AZFamily: Phoenix nonprofits mark two years of helping to keep families and pets together
PHOENIX (AZFamily) — To many, pets are part of the family.
So two Phoenix nonprofits partnered up last year to keep families struggling financially and their pets together.
This year, UMOM New Day Centers, which helps families facing homelessness, and Arizona Pet Project are doing Something Good in continuing their collaboration to help individuals and families hold onto their pets.
