UMOM EXPANSION – PHASE I PROJECT SCOPE

UMOM New Day Centers, Inc. (UMOM) received Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding for facility improvements to an existing building at our campus. UMOM is utilizing a Two-Phase Design-Build Selection process. Prequalification is the first phase of the project. Submissions of proposals will be phase two. The intent of UMOM is that the Work to be performed by the Design-Builder as part of the Project shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the Project Criteria, all materials, and experience to design and construct existing to be of utility and system upgrades necessary. UMOM desires to expand its Family Emergency Shelter program through the redesign, remodeling, and repurposing of a building currently on its campus, located at 3307 E Van Buren St, Phoenix, AZ 85008 (the “Property”) as described in the Project Description, Project Budget, and Project Schedule, contained in Exhibit A, and incorporated herein by this reference (the "Project").

Proposals were accepted for this project from November 10, 2023 to December 11, 2023.
