UMOM New Day Centers, Inc. (the "Developer" & "Project Owner") is requesting qualification proposals (Qualification Proposals") from experienced general contractors for renovation improvement work related to the Building E Renovation Project (the "Project") which is located at our Phoenix campus, 3333 E Van Buren St Phoenix, AZ.

All interested general contractors ("Applicant(s)") are instructed to submit five (5) hard copies in separate 3-ring binders (on 8-1/2 x 11-inch paper) and one (1) electronic copy (on a jump drive) of their Qualification Proposal to Developer by 4:00 PM local time on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 and must be addressed as follows:
